Kpop group BTS’s 4th full-length album ‘Map of The Soul: 7’ ranked 184th on Billboard 200 chart. Then, ENHYPEN’s ‘DIMENSION: ANSWER’ ranked 178th on the same chart.
The full-length album released by the Kpop group BTS two years ago re-entered on the US Billboard main album chart.
According to the latest chart released by Billboard on February 8 (US time), BTS’s 4th full album, ‘Map of the SOUL: 7,’ re-entered the main album chart, Billboard 200, and ranked 184th.
Billboard 200 ranks by adding the number of streaming to album sales and the number of digital music downloads converted to sales.
‘Map of the Soul: 7,’ released in February 2020, entered the #1 spot on the ‘Billboard 200.’
It stayed on the chart for 82 weeks in a row. It has been a long-term box office hit until recently, two years after its release. Also, it has been listed for a total of 95 weeks.
The album recently ranked 33rd and 2nd in the ‘Top Album Sales’ and ‘World Album’ charts, respectively.
The album ‘BE,’ released in November 2020, also ranked 61st on ‘Top Current Album Sales’ and 6th on ‘World Album.’
BTS is also consistently performing on the Billboard Global Chart, which aggregates the flow of popular songs worldwide.
In collaboration with the band Coldplay, ‘My Universe’ ranked 17th on the Billboard Global (excluding the US). It charted in the global chart for 19 consecutive weeks.
A total of four songs filled the global chart, including 25th place with Butter, 36th place with Dynamite, and 80th place with Permission to Dance.
On the Billboard Global 200 chart, it also ranked 26th with My Universe, 42nd with Butter, 50th with Dynamite, and 118th with Permission to Dance.
Meanwhile, the Kpop group ENHYPEN succeeded in entering the Billboard album chart for the third consecutive week.
ENHYPEN’s first full-length repackage album ‘DIMENSION: ANSWER,’ released on January 10, ranked 178th on the latest chart of Billboard 200.
Compared to the previous week (72nd), the ranking has dropped by 106 places. But, this is the first time it has charted in for three consecutive weeks.
The album topped the World Album category for three consecutive weeks, 10th in Top Current Album Sales and 14th in Top Album Sales.
ENHYPEN ranked 89th in ‘Artist 100,’ which comprehensively evaluates music and album sales, streaming, radio broadcasting scores, and social media activities to gauge artists’ influence and recognition.
