It includes turrets, a two-story library, an atrium, a home theater, a wine cellar, a spa and sauna, a gym with a climbing wall, and its own vineyard. Malkova and her partners planned to use the estate both as a residence and as a large-scale content production facility.
The purchase, however, was more complicated than early reports suggested. The property was acquired through a seller-financed mortgage rather than an all-cash transaction, and Malkova was only one of several buyers.
Malkova and Tucker left Blackberry Castle around January 2022, roughly a year after taking possession. Reporting on the property's subsequent sale revealed that the buyers forfeited a $500,000 down payment and that ownership returned to original owner Leslie Storey.
Blackberry Castle was later offered for sale again and went to a no-reserve auction in 2023. The property ultimately sold for $2 million, far below both its earlier asking prices and the $3.9 million price attached to Malkova and her partners' acquisition.
Personal Life
Malkova married British adult film performer Danny Mountain in 2014. The marriage ended in divorce in 2018.
She later had a relationship and professional partnership with filmmaker and content producer Eli Tucker. The two worked together on independent content and were among the partners involved in the Blackberry Castle purchase.
