Kpop groups BTS and Tomorrow X Together (TXT) have received the ‘Gold Award’ given to holders of 10 million TikTok followers, BIGHIT Music announced on February 21.
The Gold Award of the TikTok Creators Awards is given to accounts that achieve 10 million followers who consistently show high-quality content.
Currently, BTS’ official TikTok account has about 46.5 million followers, ranking first among Kpop singers. Tomorrow X Together (TXT), with about 15.6 million, ranks second among Kpop boy groups.
BTS has released TikTok content in time for the release of the remix version of ‘Butter’ featuring Megan Thee Stallion. Also, they released content related to the collaboration song ‘My Universe’ with Coldplay.
