Devsisters (co-CEOs Jihoon Lee, Jongheon Kim) announced on December 9 that they would start their music project ‘CookieBox’ and release their first song ‘I Miss You’ with singer Kpop group B1A4 member Sandeul.
‘CookieBox’ is a music project that connects fans and the world of ‘Cookie Run’ through music. It is part of an effort to design and expand the experience of Cookie Run IP in various content fields.
Sandeul, the main vocalist of Kpop group B1A4, participated in CookieBox’s first single, ‘I Miss You.’
Sandeul puts warmth into the song with his fresh and sweet voice that matches the modifier of ‘pollution-free ballader.’
Adding a romantic orchestral performance to his unique voice reminds us of romantic winter days suitable for the year-end season.
‘I Miss You’ is a song that expresses lyrics full of longing and fondness like snow that has fallen. The lyrics also depict the relationship between the violinist ‘Mint Choco Cookie’ and ‘Cocoa Cookie,’ who feels warm happiness through this performance. In ‘Cookie Run: OvenBreak,’ the two cookies appeared as a couple earlier. But, in ‘Cookie Run: Kingdom,’ Mint Choco Cookie appeared alone, conveying the longing between the two through music.
In fact, Cocoa Cookie will appear for the first time through the update of ‘Cookie Run: Kingdom’ on December 9. So, the story of the two cookies will unfold after a fateful reunion.
‘I Miss You’ will be available on various online music sites starting at 6 pm on December 9. Along with this, they will release a live clip where you can meet Sandeul on CookieBox’s official YouTube channel. Also, they plan to create a webtoon that will continue the sweet story of Mint Choco Cookie and Cocoa Cookie.
