Kpop group Super Junior member Leeteuk said through his Instagram post, “More than five people around me also caught the shingles.”
Super Junior’s Leeteuk (39, real name Jeongsu Park) revealed that he was suffering from shingles after receiving the Pfizer vaccine.
Today, November 7, Leeteuk posted on his Instagram, “Has anyone caught shingles these days?”
Shingles, which cause a rash or blisters, is commonly known as a disease caused by a weakened immune system.
He said, “They say that the cause may be due to the Pfizer vaccine.”
Leeteuk added, “They say that the number of shingles patients increased because the immune layer in the body suddenly collapses.”
Lastly, he said, “I hope you take good care of yourself. Do not hesitate to go to the hospital if you’re feeling unwell. More than five people around me also caught the shingles. So, I thought I should share the information. Everyone be healthy.”
At the end of his post, Kpop group Super Junior member Leeteuk also added the hashtags #shingles, #pfizer, and #vaccine.
