Holy Bang, led by leader Honey J, took the final victory in ‘Street Woman Fighter.’
In the final episode of ‘Street Woman Fighter,’ Mnet’s street dance audition broadcast on October 26, Holy Bang climbed to the top. After taking first place in the pre-counted global music voting (30% reflected), Holy Bang also stood out in the live text message voting (70%). Hook, Lachica, and CocaNButter followed in 2nd-4th place.
On this day, during the first performance mission, Holy Bang strengthened their passion for running towards their goal without stopping at the ‘NO BREAK’ presented by rappers Simon Dominic and Loco. In the ‘Color of Crew Mission’ that followed, they left a strong impression by showing a dark but intense group dance while wearing a blue suit.
Honey J said, “As I said before, Korean dancers have already been prepared for a long time. There are so many great dancers. It’s so cool that you can be proud of yourself. I hope that there will be a lot of development in the dance scene with this as an opportunity. I hope that many people will love the dancers who genuinely love dance.”
Mnet’s ‘Street Woman Fighter’ has been at the center of the topic since the first broadcast. It has brought a ‘symbol-class dance craze’ to South Korea. Also, they reportedly have a spin-off comprised of the best female high school dancers.
