In the 43rd week of the Gaon Chart, IU’s ‘Strawberry Moon’ took two wins, Youngwoong Lim’s ‘Love Always Runs away’ took four wins, and SEVENTEEN’s 9th Mini Album ‘Attacca’ took first place on the album chart.
The Korea Music Contents Association, which operates the Gaon Chart, said, “In the 43rd week (from October 17 to 23), IU’s ‘Strawberry Moon’ ranked first in the digital and streaming charts on the Gaon Chart. Then, Youngwoong Lim’s ‘Love Always Runs Away’ topped the download, BGM, ringtone, and coloring charts for two weeks in a row. Also, Kpop group SEVENTEEN’s 9th Mini Album ‘Attacca’ topped the album charts.”
Kpop singer IU returned after about seven months since her 5th full-length album ‘LILAC.’
She captivated the public as soon as she released her new album. IU once again proved her music queen aspect. Her new song, ‘Strawberry moon,’ expresses the mysterious moment of falling in love with a dreamy synth sound.
Then, Youngwoong Lim has received endless love for his first drama OST ‘Love Always Runs Away.’

But, the artist who showed the biggest rise in the rankings on the 43rd-week social chart was Seunggi Lee.
New songs ranked in the top 100 on the digital chart for the 43rd week are IU ‘Strawberry Moon’ at #1, Davichi’s ‘My First Love’ at #14, Seventeen’s ‘Rock with you’ at #27, and Gummy’s ‘Regret’ at #80.
