BTS member Jungkook’s ‘Stay Alive’ has set an all-time record of entering the Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
Billboard reported on February 23 that BTS member Jungkook’s ‘Stay Alive’ ranked 95th on the main single chart Hot 100.
As a result, ‘Stay Alive’ achieved a new record of entering the US Billboard’s main singles chart Hot 100, known as the world’s popular music index, as a Korean webtoon OST.
Notably, as of January 11 (US time), Billboard changed its chart aggregation regulations to significantly reduce the range of digital purchases (singles/albums) and increase streaming and radio broadcasting rates.
The fact that ‘Stay Alive’ is a Korean song and that it is the first Korean song to enter the Hot 100 after changing the Billboard chart aggregation regulations despite the lack of US radio broadcasts adds value.
‘Stay Alive’ continues to have strong momentum, sweeping the records of No. 1 in ‘shortest’ and ‘first’ on major global music platforms such as Spotify and iTunes without any promotional activities, including official music videos.
BTS Jungkook once ranked 84th on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his solo song ‘My Time.’
It is a track in the BTS 4th full album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: 7.’
So, Jungkook is boasting the unrivaled dignity of the main vocalist.
In addition, Jungkook ranked on the US Billboard with ‘Savage Love’ remix version, ‘Waste It On Me,’ ‘Stay,’ and ‘Flim Out,’ in which he participated in the composition. He won a strong reputation on the Billboard ‘Hot 100’ chart.
In addition, BTS Jungkook added ‘Stay Alive’ to the ‘Hot 100’ chart with a total of six songs. It includes solo and collaboration songs. Once again, he is proving his strong influence as the main vocalist and power to hit the global music market.
Meanwhile, ‘Stay Alive’ is the OST of the webtoon ‘7FATES: Chakho.’
Music fans really liked the song as Jungkook sang it with a lively expression. The song expresses the characters and stories thrown into harsh fate.
