Kpop girl group TWICE and boy group NCT showed their presence on Billboard’s latest album chart ‘Billboard 200,’ released on December 29 (US time).
TWICE’s third full-length album ‘Formula of Love: O+T=<3,’ released on November 12, climbed to 36th place from the 48th place.
TWICE ranked on the chart at 16th, 26th, 66th, and 84th, but it rose again to 36th.
JYP explained, “This is because the sales volume of the special version of the album released on December 17 has been reflected in the chart.”
Also, TWICE ranked 65th on the Artist 100 chart, which shows the influence and publicity of artists. Then, they ranked second in ‘World Album,’ 8th in ‘Top Current Album Sales,’ and 8th in ‘Top Album Sales’ charts.
In addition, TWICE’s English song ‘The Feels,’ released in October ranked 68th in ‘Billboard Global (excluding the US)’ and 128th in ‘Billboard Global 200,’ ranking on seven charts.
Meanwhile, Kpop group NCT 127’s third full album ‘Sticker’ ranked 85th on the ‘Billboard 200’ chart for 14 consecutive weeks. NCT’s third full album ‘Universe’ also ranked 20th on the same chart.
