SEVENTEEN Tops Billboard Japan’s Weekly Single Sales Chart

Kpop group SEVENTEEN is sweeping the top of the local charts with the Japanese special single ‘Ainochikara (Power Of Love).’

According to Billboard Japan on December 15, SEVENTEEN took first place with the sales of 246,904 copies on the Billboard Japan weekly single sales chart ‘Top Singles Sales’ with the Japanese special single ‘Ainochikara.’

Also, it ranked second on the Billboard Japan comprehensive song chart, ‘Hot 100.’

‘Ainochikara,’ released on December 8, went straight to No. 1 on the Oricon Daily Singles Ranking from the first day of its release. It maintained the top position for 6 days in a row. In the weekly singles rankings, Kpop group SEVENTEEN also swept the top of the Oricon chart.

‘Ainochikara’ is the last of SEVENTEEN’s ‘Power of Love’ project, which talked about the various moments of love that we can encounter in life. Also, it contains the love SEVENTEEN sends to Carat, a fandom who always supports and loves them.
