Kpop group SEVENTEEN reclaims first place in the Japanese Oricon weekly album ranking with their ninth mini-album ‘Attacca.’

According to the latest chart released by Oricon on November 9, SEVENTEEN topped the Japanese Oricon weekly album ranking with ‘Attacca.’

Previously, in the Oricon weekly album ranking (as of November 1), the sales exceeded 160,000 copies in the first week. So, it rose to the top after two weeks. As a result, SEVENTEEN took the top spot for the fifth time in their career.

In addition, SEVENTEEN took first place in the Japanese Oricon daily album ranking as of November 5-7.

SEVENTEEN, who dominates the Japanese music market, will be performing on TBS’ Countdown TV Live in Japan on November 15. They will sing the title song ‘Rock With You’ of the ninth mini-album ‘Attacca.’

SEVENTEEN achieved its fifth consecutive million-seller by surpassing 1,335,862 copies in the Initial first-week sales with ‘Attacca.’

With the number of Initial first-week sales following BTS’ single CD ‘Butter’ and SEVENTEEN’s 8th mini-album ‘Your Choice,’ it ranked 3rd among albums released this year. This year, they became the only artist to achieve the Initial first-week ‘Million Seller’ for two consecutive years.

At the same time, on the Billboard main album chart, ‘Billboard 200,’ it entered 13th place, two steps higher than the record of ‘Your Choice,’ setting its own best record. Following the previous album, it topped the Billboard’s ‘Top Album Sales,’ ‘Top Current Album Sales,’ and ‘World Album’ charts.

Meanwhile, Kpop group SEVENTEEN will host the ‘SEVENTEEN Power Of Love’ concert that will air live online at 5 pm on November 14 and 21.
