HYBE and Dunamu establish a strategic partnership with a joint venture through a three-party allocation paid-in capital increase method and mutual equity investment.
HYBE (CEO Jiwon Park) and Dunamu (CEO Seokwoo Lee) will form a strategic partnership to enter the NFT (Non-fungible Token) business.
On November 4, HYBE announced a joint venture where Dunamu invested 700 billion won in HYBE through a third-party allocation paid-in capital increase. Then, HYBE also invested about 500 billion won in Dunamu in the same way.
HYBE will acquire 2.48 percent of Dunamu shares with this equity investment.
HYBE and Dunamu plan to jointly promote a new fandom-based project. They will combine artist IP and NFT by establishing a joint venture.
