‘My Universe,’ a collaboration between the Kpop group BTS and the rock band Coldplay, ranked on the Billboard’s main singles chart ‘Hot 100’ for six weeks in a row.
According to Billboard’s Hot 100 chart released on November 9, ‘My Universe’ ranked 23rd, lower than three places from the previous week.
As a result, since its release on September 24, the song has been at the top of the charts since October 9 and has been at the top for six weeks in a row.
Also, ‘My Universe’ ranked third on the ‘Digital Song Sales’ chart, one place higher than the previous week. Then, it ranked 11th on the ‘Canadian Digital Song Sales’ chart, 13th on ‘Adult Pop Airplay,’ 18th on ‘Pop Airplay,’ and 32nd on the ‘Billboard Canadian Hot 100’ chart.
BTS also ranked four songs each on the ‘Billboard Global 200’ and ‘Billboard Global’ (excluding the US) charts, which count streaming and sales in more than 200 countries (regions) worldwide.
On the Billboard Global 200, ‘My Universe’ ranked 10th, ‘Butter’ ranked 25th, ‘Dynamite’ ranked 43rd, and ‘Permission to Dance’ ranked 49th.
In Billboard Global (excluding the US), ‘My Universe’ ranked 9th, ‘Butter’ ranked 14th, ‘Dynamite’ ranked 29th, and ‘Permission to Dance’ ranked 32nd.
Notably, ‘Butter’ also topped the ‘Hot Trending Songs,’ a new chart that ranks the most mentioned songs on Twitter in real-time.
Meanwhile, Kpop group BLACKPINK member Lisa’s solo song ‘MONEY’ entered the hot 100 for the second consecutive week, ranking 93rd, down three places from last week.
