Kpop group BTS appeared at an intersection in Los Angeles, USA, and presented a ‘Butter’ performance. On November 23, BTS’s surprise performance at an intersection near the Los Angeles CBS broadcasting station was vividly revealed on YouTube. BTS filmed the performance for the popular CBS talk show ‘The Late Late Show With James Corden.’
This intersection is set up with singers singing on the crosswalk when the vehicle traffic light is red.
In the video, BTS members in suits mixed with yellow and black rushed into the intersection with a red light and performed ‘Butter’ leisurely.
Also, dancers who were waiting jumped in together and used jumping tools to add to the spectacular street performance. At the end of the first verse, the firecrackers broke out, decorating the grand finale. When the crosswalk turned into green light, the members ran back into the sidewalk.
Jimin, who was trying to run to the other side, turned around again and the members ran. So, host James Corden said, “Jimin! Jimin!” and showed his wit running along the intersection bringing Jimin on his back.
The lucky car drivers who saw BTS’s performance in front of them drew attention by honking and cheering for BTS.
Earlier, BTS appeared on the James Corden Show on November 23 and 24 last year. At that time, they had an interview with James Corden through an online connection due to the COVID-19 situation. They sang the title song ‘Life Goes On’ and the digital single ‘Dynamite.’
The seven members also gave a performance as if they had visited the ‘James Corden Show’ studio by plane. It is the first time in about a year and 10 months that BTS will visit the ‘The Late Late Show With James Corden’ studio. It is after their world’s first performance of ‘Black Swan’ from their 4th full-length album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL: 7’ in January last year.
Meanwhile, Kpop group BTS, who won three awards at the 2021 American Music Awards (AMAs). It includes ‘Favorite Pop Duo/Group,’ Favorite Pop Song,’ and ‘Artist Of The Year.’
Then, they will host the ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LA’ on November 27- 28 and December 1-2 at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles, USA.
