Hyunsik and Sungjae, members of the Kpop group BTOB, will be officially discharged from the military this month.
Hyunsik and Sungjae joined the army last year. So, they will come back after their military discharge on November 14.
Cube Entertainment said on November 1, “According to the Ministry of National Defense’s guidelines, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, they will be discharged without returning to the unit.”
The agency added, “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to fans who have waited for a long time. So, we ask for your support and interest in future activities after the members’ discharge from the military.”
Meanwhile, Hyunsik and Sungjae made their debut as a member of the kpop group BTOB in 2012. They actively did various music projects before joining the military on the same day with PENTAGON’S Jinho in May 2020.
As a result, all members of BTOB, except for American member Peniel, completed their military service after the discharge of Hyunsik and Sungjae.
