Kpop singer Youngwoong Lim ranked on Gaon’s five music charts.
The Korea Music Contents Association, which operates the Gaon Chart, said, “In the 42nd week (10.10. 2021 ~ 10.10. 2021) of Gaon Chart, Youngwoong Lim’s ‘Love Always Runs Away’ ranked first in the digital, download, BGM, and coloring charts. Then, the song ‘My Starry Love’ topped the ringtone chart. So, he ranked on a total of 5 music charts.”
Youngwoong Lim is receiving much love for acting as a driving force behind the rise in ratings through his first drama, OST, ‘Love Always Runs Away.’
Particularly, critics said that Youngwoong Lim reinterpreted the original song sung by Moonsae Lee, expressing sorrow and inserted it in the drama scene.
On the streaming chart, Kpop group AESPA’s ‘Savage’ ranked first.
In the album chart, ENHYPEN’s ‘DIMENSION: DILEMMA’ ranked first. Through this album, ENHYPEN first introduced a soft concept and received a hot response from global fans. The album also ranked No. 1 in the retail album chart in the 42nd week.
Meanwhile, Kpop group BTS continues to be #1 on Social Chart 2.0 for 31 consecutive weeks. During the tally period, BTS’s Mycelebs’ attractive keywords were ‘popular,’ ‘long running,’ and ‘strong-hit.’
Also, the Kpop singer Ailee showed the most significant rise in the social charts in the 42nd week.
