A live band will join the first solo concert of the Kpop group WINNER members Seungyoon Kang and Minho Song.
According to YG Entertainment, on October 19, they will organize Minho Song and Seungyoon Kang on a solo concert stage at the Olympic Hall on November 19 and 21, respectively.
Sessions with WINNER’s world tour in the past have joined again. Top performers also joined and recently started practicing.
Minho Song and Seungyoon Kang’s solo concert will take place offline and online streaming at the same time. Idol concerts with live bands at online concerts are not common.
Earlier, YG girl group ‘BLACKPINK’ received favorable reviews for putting live bands at the center even though it was an online concert last January.
YG Entertainment introduced, “WINNER members Minho Song and Seungyoon Kang repeatedly struggled intending to create the best performance, and decided to focus on the essence of music, decorating this concert with a set of bands with a variety of compositions.”
This stage is one of YG’s live stream concert brands, ‘YG PALM STAGE.’
They are presenting various parts such as arrangement, directing, and props. So, they can offer different viewing environments such as offline and online.
However, they may cancel the offline viewing following social distancing guidelines due to the spread of COVID-19.
