Steve Sosebee, founder and president of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), expressed his surprise and thanked BTS Jimin.
Jimin’s Canadian fanbase ‘JIMIN UNITED’ announced an annual donation plan as part of the Jimtober Project to celebrate Jimin’s birthday.
The project, which will run for one year from September 21, 2021, to August 22, 2022, will host a monthly donation of US$ 100 to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) in Jimin’s name. Following the ‘Helping Children In Gaza With Cancer’ program, they will support children with cancer in the Middle East through medicines and treatment.
In response, Steve Sosebee, Founder/President of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), quoted the donation on his social media account. ‘Jimin fans are amazing,’ expressing his surprise and gratitude.
Previously, he ranked first in the boy group personal brand reputation in August and set an excellent record of being number one for 32 consecutive months. To celebrate this, fans donated to the PCRF in Jimin’s name for emergency medical support for 55 children. So, Steve Sosebee has directly expressed his gratitude.
BTS Jimin, who gives an example to his fans, has also been consistently donating to children, the hope of the future.
On his 27th birthday on October 13, he donated more than 100 million won to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. Also, he donated 100 million won for the polio eradication fund to the non-profit Rotary International Club District 3590. Besides, he donated 100 million won each to Busan and Jeonnam Office of Education. So, Jimin is quietly continuing his good deeds, large and small.
In this way, following Jimin’s good influence, fans continue to donate and do good for children. They serve as a model for society with an explosive procession of more than 310 donations starting from Jimtober.
