According to Gaon Chart, BLACKPINK Lisa reached the TOP3 of Gaon Social Chart for week 42 in 2021. The aggregation period was from October 10 to October 16.
The Gaon Social Chart aggregates the popularity of a Kpop idol on each social media. The social media targeted for counting are YouTube, TikTok, V LIVE, Mubeat, and My Celebs Social Index.
Lisa ranked third overall on the chart that announces rankings based on major social media counts. This record is the first among Korean solo singers.
In the Top 3, Lisa is the only solo artist. So, this ranking proves her extraordinary popularity.
Meanwhile, Kpop group BLACKPINK Lisa’s solo album sidetrack ‘MONEY’ has been on the rise for three consecutive weeks on major global charts, continuing to reverse its popularity.
Lisa’s ‘MONEY’ ranked 54th, according to the UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100, released on October 22 (UK time).
Nearly a month after the song’s release, ‘MONEY’ first entered 81st place on the chart. Then, the album’s title song, ‘LALISA,’ ranked 68th. Since then, she has jumped 22 steps to 59th place and again surpassed five steps on the chart this week to 54th place.
Even on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, ‘MONEY’ is clearly on the rise. ‘MONEY,’ which ranked ninth in the Spotify global chart two weeks ago, rose to seventh place the next week and fifth place recently.
